They never cease to fail to have the worst customer service and the worst wait times. I?ve worked in restaurants as service side... and management side for years and this place is beyond lacking. The kids have zero people skills let alone manners. When you goinside or use the the drive through they blatantly ignore the customers until they see fit to get off their phones or stop theirconversations, causing wait times to be no less than 15 minutes for even the simplest of orders. They treat the customers asthough we?re annoying bugs that just won?t go away. If management can?t seem to keep these kids in line then why have thememployed tarnishing the company?s reputation. You need better management and better employees. I sincerely hope these kidsaren?t like this for their own parents and if so I feel bad for them. The only reason I even keep coming back is because my 4yodaughter loves the smoothies otherwise I wouldn?t even bother giving the money to pay the wages to self entitled brats. Read more

Staff that works here is terrible. These kids they hire are incompetent and have terrible attitudes. We had 1 person ahead of us... and no one inside and it took 25 min to get our food. 15 minutes of that was sitting at the drive thru speaker. We pulled up andwe did not greeted. After a minute or two we asked if someone was there and they answered and said to ?please wait? in a rudevoice. 10 minutes go by and we?re still waiting and we have to ask again. They finally answered and took our order. Did not askus what sides we wanted, just assumed we want those nasty salt chips. Tropical Smoothie is my favorite. This particular establishment is only may be a year old. Very nice place and a great location... but horrible customer service. My father and I walked in and two girls looked at us but not one said anything to us. Two minuteslater somebody else walked in and walked straight to the register and he asked if we were waiting and I said yes and then one ofthe girls said I?ll be right with you. The smoothies were brought out to us and the kiwi quencher was definitely missingsomething as it was extremely tart. When our food was up the kid sat at the counter yelling out what was in the bag instead ofbringing it out or asking somebody?s name as the others cafes do. A friend took us there today. Several vegetarian options. My wife and I shared a grill cheese with avocado and a veggie hummus... wrap. It came with a great Kale apple slaw nice sized side. It was delicious. We'll be back. Read more

I'm reluctant to write this review but I feel it is my obligation to share my experience. I frequent the Tropical Smoothie in... Fort Myers as it is near my work place and it's wonderful. So I decided to treat my kids (Teenagers) and we went to the closestone where we live. The one on Santa Barbara. The store itself is beautiful and the location is excellent however the customerservice is non existent. No customer was being acknowledged while we were there. Every second order was wrong while we werethere. Even our order was wrong. And even though 4 to 5 employees worked there , the place was dead and the employees hadattitudes. No smile! Honestly the worst place I have ever been to in this world. So me and my brother and my mom walked in there and we waited 5 mins... before we got asked what we wanted. So my mom went first and ordered. And then I ordered my dinner and then my brother orderedhis dinner last. So we sat down at the table and here goes 10 mins before we got our drinks and then 15 more mins came ourdinner. So we were eating. Then this calm lady walked in with her food because she wanted a refund because they messed up herorder. And then the lady said I would like to see the manager. And then the lady behind the counter said,? you are not gonna seethe manager?. She said excuse me. So she asked for a refund. And the lady said ok put your card in. So she put her card in andthen left the bag on the counter because it wasn?t her food . So the lady behind the counter said throw it away while Rollingher eyes. The lady that came was so nice . The lady behind the counter said ?thank god she left?. That is rude costumer service.And you shouldn?t talk to people like that after they leave.
