God bless the folks who work here. Ordered online and went inside to pick up. Service was quick and the food was delicious. Some... lady was complaining about her sweet tea not being sweet enough, in a very rude tone. I'm sorry you have to deal with thosetypes of people. Read more

This is the absolute best taco bell I have been to in a very long time! Food was very good! Not like your typical taco bell.... Both times I have been here once for breakfast once for dinner it has been exceptional. Staff is attentive, dining us clean, andfood is above what most typically expect from fast food! I was very disappointed!!! I was waiting for almost a hour ?58 mins? and I would have left but I ordered my food online... unfortunately. Then to add insult to injury the boy at the drive thru window was rude disrespectful and the lack of drive andspacey! I understand they?re young want to go home but this is a direct result from sub par management this is because timemanagement is not being used correctly right person right place! You have two young kids at the window they have no idea whatthey are doing they did not even give me a receipt I had to check my food because the last four times that I have done theonline ordering They left out multiple items out of my bag when they seal the bag so this time I opened it and guess what theydo not have the Diablo sauces or cinnamon twists once again for the fifth time! Then the one boy comes back with a handful ofDiablo sauces he touches my hand accidentally dropping some of them on the floor and runs way saying that he has Covid becausehe touched my hand (with no gloves or mask on) He does not know me or what my family has lost and battled with during Covid!usually I don?t say anything because I don?t want people getting in trouble or messing with my food but this has been enough andjust ridiculous that anybody can stay in business doing what they are doing. I am an electrical service manager here locally andI train my team for success everyday, I also work with an awesome Team! I come here often enough, usually while running errands in the local shopping district. My orders never change - black bean... crunch wrap or a couple spicy potatoe soft shell tacos with hot and fire sauce. Taco Bell sauce is life! I always use the drivethru. The day time always gets through orders quickly, no matter the length of the line and my orders are always perfect. It'slocated on a canal too so the view is kinda cool while you wait in line. Nighttime has always been a little different if youeat here in the evening. I've become prone to checking everything in the bag before leaving the window since I usually have tocome back to request a missing item be given to me or to correct an incorrect order for exchange. I understand though - thelines back up to the streets and then never stop so it must be stressful. I assume they are short staffed like everywhere elseright now. Usually the hot sauces are missing too but it's nothing that's too big of a deal - it gets busy and they alwayshandle everything so nicely so I am in no way complaining. They always make it right by the end of transaction. Can't wait forthe nacho fries to come back! I'm just happy they brought potatoes black on the menu. Yum yum! ****** They started closingearlier, around 10pm. Kudos to the management for adjusting the hours. I know many places have had to begin doing so withemployee shortages. Read more

Alright you're selling brisket, the Holy Grail of BBQ in most BBQ Shacks...so it better be awesome Right! This sandwich has Mayo... on it...can you show me ONE BBQ place that would put Mayo on anything, and I mean anything! You'd be hard pressed to find Mayo(even packets) in any location. Stick to Roast Beef and don't insult BBQ, please! Read more

I sent my complaint to the Corporate email. Spent almost $50.00 and received 1/3 of my order correct. In regards to my complaint... here are the pictures to go with.. not supreme tacos but I ordered a 12 pack like this , and the fries were not even cookedthrough and limp.
