Went through drive thru which took over an hour for a couple cars in front of us. Asked for xtra hot quesadillas and got cold... cheese throughout it and soggy tortilla, and the two burritos my fiancé ordered had nothing in them. Lady was nice to give arefund but we had to sit in drive through for another hour because dining room is closed. Cook is trash if he can?t make foodcorrectly and needs to be replaced immediately. And the speed of drive thru at night is slow and takes 25 minutes per car ormore. Read more
Unbelievably disappointed and mortified. I am actually getting into contact with their main corporate office to address what... happened last night. I have to say the woman who gave my husband a refund was wonderful. My husband was furious and drove to thestore to demand answers. Long story short, I have not eaten beef or pork for 18 years for religious and personal reasons. Ipurposely ordered a meatless/vegan item (bean burrito, no cheese, extra onions). I have never had issues before so I did notthink to look into the burrito before biting into it. It was loaded with beef. I was in tears. I know to most people that thisis probably funny but to someone who chooses not to consume products for personal reasons, it is a violation. It felt incrediblymalicious. I don?t see how this could have been a mistake. Taco Bell is known for being vegetarian/vegan friendly. I hope theperson who made this last night is aware that I am taking this to the top until it is addressed appropriately. Read more

Ordered chicken quesedilla with extra chicken, after having no extra chicken had to wait in the drive thru again for them to... hand me a cup full of cold chicken and say my manager said for you to do it yourself. An these are the people that deserve 15 anhour. I will never eat here again Read more
Drove there ordered food.. missing a beefy 5 layer when we got back home.. Daniel was whom I spoke with when I called and he got... it all taken care of when we come back next time with no hassle.
