Hi, about a day ago my manager ordered three subway sandwiches. Two of them came out alright. However my sandwhich was... completely wrong. I had wanted a toasted Italian and herbs bmt without lettuce, tomato, or onion, with banana peppers and sweetonion sauce, which was put on the online order. What I received was a cold Italian bmt with none of my alterations. I wasn'table to correct the order as I was working, so I had a cold sandwhich that didn't sit well in my stomach, and it ruined my day.I don't recommend this place, the Subway where I live gets my sandwiches correct at least.. I ordered a sub through DoorDash and I had been brought the wrong order which I totally understand sometimes you?re busy and... it?s all right, but the kid at the store was really sweet and the Dasher was really kind and they re-delivered my order for me.I just really appreciate the kid who did it, he was very sweet when I talked to him on the phone as well. Highly impressed on our visit this evening. We ordered 5 subs, and the 2 young people (1 girl, 1 guy) worked together like a... well oiled machine, and got us in and out quick, and built some good looking sandwiches and wraps! Our usual spot is at BurntStore and Pine Island, but they were out of wraps, so it was a toss up on which one to go to instead. Glad we stopped at theSanta Barbara shop.
