The store employee mixed up my order with person in front of me. I had to spend 15 minutes + driving back to get the correct... food. Employee didn't seem to be that concerned about his mix up and didn't offer any kind of compensation. I'm reallydisappointed in the experience and do not plan to return to this subway. Read more
I've never had a more frustrating experience with an app! Spent hours trying to get a hold of someone and they make it... impossible. Every time I order it says "invalid merchant account" and will not let me complete the order. How do they not have acustomer service phone number to reach someone?! Edit: This is the only subway that does not participate in the monthlydeals/promos in all the subways in Cape Coral so have to travel an extra 15min to the one on Santa Barbara, they would get a lotmore business if they participated in the online promotions. I would give it no stars if it were available. I used to come here weekly/biweekly. The amount of meat on the subs have... decreased so much this will be my last visit. The amount on a 12? sub would have been perfect for a 6? sub. Employees agreedwith me and told me they have to go so little per boss? orders. Ridiculous! $31 spent for 3 subs that I could have gone to arestaurant with better meats and sat down to eat. If you wants a sub roll for dinner, this is your place! If you want a sub, godown the walkway to Publix. Read more
My husband went to SubWay for dinner tonight. All I saw on the menu on line were new subs. I told him to ask if they still had... the BMT. If not I would try a new one. They did still have the BMT ! He specifically told the guy NO hot peppers. ( they wouldalways put banana peppers on it). He got it home and it had Hot Pepper on it. Even after removing the hot peppers it had theaftertaste of the hot peppers. Very disappointed. Read more
Service would be greatly improved if they would try to add more than the current one item they add for Everytime the look at the... mobile order receipt. Seriously there were 10 people waiting while both employees couldn't add more than a single item beforehaving to reread the mobile order receipt. Too bad I can't post a video here Read more
The guy working the afternoon shift on 09/10/21 was EXTREMELY rude, he made it seem like making my 2 subs were an inconvenience.... Not to mention when I first walk in I greeted him twice and his response is what do you want? Ive never wrote a review in mylife, so for me to be taking time out of my day to write one says something. I would have wrote his name on here but of coursehe didn?t have a name tag on. Read more
I like this location because of a specific employee named Tanner, that is the only Subway worker I've ever seen take his time... making our sandwiches every week . I'm not a fan people racing to make my food , especially when there is nobody else waiting .I feel like he cares more and respects the food he handles more than the average person working at a subway ... In general,subway gives you less weight on a sandwich than most places for the money . So the fact I can get an employee to not racethrough like a sloppy madman or women . I felt the need to show my gratitude by finally asking his name , just so I could writea review . I do like all the other employees here , but I do my best to wait for Tanner lol .. Read more
One of the best subways I've ever been to. Great staff, clean and fast. Always quality and if you happen to see Raj you'll be... very happy you chose this subway. He does a great job and never forgets a face. Perfect service. Read more
