The store employee mixed up my order with person in front of me. I had to spend 15 minutes + driving back to get the correct... food. Employee didn't seem to be that concerned about his mix up and didn't offer any kind of compensation. I'm reallydisappointed in the experience and do not plan to return to this subway. Read more
I've never had a more frustrating experience with an app! Spent hours trying to get a hold of someone and they make it... impossible. Every time I order it says "invalid merchant account" and will not let me complete the order. How do they not have acustomer service phone number to reach someone?! Edit: This is the only subway that does not participate in the monthlydeals/promos in all the subways in Cape Coral so have to travel an extra 15min to the one on Santa Barbara, they would get a lotmore business if they participated in the online promotions. I would give it no stars if it were available. I used to come here weekly/biweekly. The amount of meat on the subs have... decreased so much this will be my last visit. The amount on a 12? sub would have been perfect for a 6? sub. Employees agreedwith me and told me they have to go so little per boss? orders. Ridiculous! $31 spent for 3 subs that I could have gone to arestaurant with better meats and sat down to eat. If you wants a sub roll for dinner, this is your place! My husband went to SubWay for dinner tonight. All I saw on the menu on line were new subs. I told him to ask if they still had... the BMT. If not I would try a new one. They did still have the BMT ! He specifically told the guy NO hot peppers. ( they wouldalways put banana peppers on it). He got it home and it had Hot Pepper on it. Even after removing the hot peppers it had theaftertaste of the hot peppers. Very disappointed. Read more
