Very disappointed with the service that I received from Pam. I made an online order and accidentally added Mayo to my sandwich... and noticed it right away so I called the store to ask them not to put Mayo, but the phone just rang and rang. Since I was downthe street, I went ahead and walked inside to see if the sandwich was made and Pam mentioned that it was. I let her know that Itried calling right away but she mentioned that no one answers the phone when sandwiches are being made, which I understood.Mind you, there were no other customers in the store and another employee in the back (not making sandwiches) I asked her if shecould possibly make another sandwich without the Mayo, she said yes but that she would need to charge me since the bread iscounted in their inventory. She then started scraping off the Mayo off the original but I told her to not worry about it that Iwould just buy another one. She then through the Turkey that contain Mayo into the trash and wrapped the sandwich back up. Ithen asked her, since I was paying for the sandwich if she could please add additional condiments to it. She then becamefrustrated and yelled at me asking me what I wanted on my sandwich.I then responded to her to not worry about it. She thenresponded that it was my fault that I should of ordered the way I wanted it made. I have been coming to this subway for sometime now but will not be returning. People like Pam should not be working in the people industry if she does not have any peopleskills nor know how to treat people. After so many years of coming here, due to it being so close to home, I would rather drivethe extra distance then to be treated with disrespect by an employee like Pam. Read more

First horrible an rude customer service I've ever had here from a lady named pam I've seen before she's always grumpy! Would... like for the owner/gm to call me I will be going in to ask for managers number also owner! It's ridiculous to hire people thatare horrible in customer service no greeting when u walk in an all but would explain all that happened to owner I won't bash heron here but she had my blood boiling..
