This location is by far the WORST and it?s all because of one employee. KELLY. Shes the only one I ever have issues with and... She?s rude and can NEVER get my sandwich correct. We go to this location twice a week before soccer practice. We have never had any issue until Monday. The girl behind the... counter was super rude when I was trying to order and obviously didn?t want to be there. Then I asked when the other guys werethere since they are a lot nicer and she said they were gone and that?s the reason why? Incredibly rude. Then we called thisafternoon for a door dash order. Just wanted extra olives and there is no button on door dash website. She immediately snappedand said is there really no button you could of submitted? I just can?t believe how rude she is. Third time is a charm for us and will no longer show patronage to this location. After two incidents and submitting negative... reviews with an offer for free sub coupons and that the issue will be addressed. We visited again last night just a week afterthe last incident with again a promise the employees had been talked to. We were once again reprimanded by the employee behindthe counter that we can?t place an order of this size (10 subs) unless we provide 24 hour notice. We are a family of six andorders vary 6-10 subs each order depending on the day. We also don?t request to rush the order as we order through the app andnever in a rush but the app provides pick up times. We are perfectly fine adding extra time to full full an order but to cancelif feel shamed because we ordered enough to feed our family is shameful. This is now the second time we?ve been told we can notorder that many subs. Maybe the app should know these rules! I?ll simply say wait an extra 15 minutes and go next door toPublix. Read more
I've been waiting here in line for about 20 minutes for this woman (a single worker, by herself) to actually start making my... sandwhich. She proceeds to cut the bread awfully. Look at it. LOOK AT IT. I've spent 35 minutes waiting for my friend and I'ssandwhich to be made. The worker wasn't wearing a hair net either. Genuinely, the worst experience I've ever had in anestablishment. Her eyeliner was awful, wish they would enforce dresscode a little more (she looks like a drag queen). She wasquiet and slow. It should not take 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches.
