No one will take your order. You have to order from a kiosk which is hard to navigate. Milkshakes don?t come out in a glass... anymore. They are in a to go container. Food was $32 for 2 people. Next time I?ll go to an actual sit down restaurant with awaiter or waitress. Read more

Really impressed with the new system. You order and pau at a terminal. It is one of the easy order terminals I have ever use... then pickup when your order is ready. It is the cleanest Stake and Shake I have ever eaten at. Food was good. Read more
My Frisco melt is usually cut in half, and I came to the website because I thought the chocolate milkshake tastes like soft... serve instead of their usual hand dipped ice cream. I don't know when they made the change in ice cream brand, but it tasteslike all of the rest of them now. Sugar instead of good chocolate ice cream. Read more
I got the Double Steakburger with extra pickle & tomato (free toppings) and fries for $4. Got the large cheese fry upgrade, all... in including tax for less than $7. Ordered via app and was ready in about 5 minutes, quick service, pickup wassmooth. Cheeseburger was good, not great, pickles are terrible here. Asked for mayo and barely got any. Cheese fries wereseasoned well and plenty of cheese sauce that was pretty good and warm. Good value for amount of food you get, recommended. Read more
1/31/2022 1:45pm Not busy at all... I had to order through a kiosk. Not the easiest to navigate but after a few tries, I got... the order placed... The order came out relatively fast. Fries and food were hot The shake was delish as usual BUT........ Theorder was wrong ... The double steak burger only had one patty of beef on it, making it very "bready".... As we waited for ourfood, we witnessed another customer take some other person's order. When the person returned the order, they almost served it tothe original customer....until he asked if someone had touched his food. Makes me wonder if he would have been given thealready touched food, had he not said anything...... $15 an hour.................. Read more
