Horrible establishment. Walked in and the employees didn?t even look up or acknowledge us. We tried asking one a question and... she straight up ignored us and walked away. The Asian lady I guess she?s the manager was THE WORST. I see tons of bad reviewsabout her and the owner replies to the reviews saying they?ll look into it but these reviews were 10 months ago and obviouslynothing has changed. Bad management hires bad employees and does nothing about it. Showed the manager my military orders whichclearly has my SOCIAL on it, every base I was stationed and the dates, etc. she walked away mid order and then proceeded to tellme my orders weren?t good enough and she wasn?t going to give the Veterans Day discount because there were no dates on the form.I clearly showed her the dates and then she said it?s because the discount is only for active duty??? She gave us the drinkafter arguing and staring at me all judgmentally like she hated me for wasting her time. Will literally never go here ever againI can?t believe these people don?t get fired. I Guess the quality of service for a lot of businesses are dropping, because no one wants to work? I don?t know but it?s worse... then Central America, I mean all over the US service is about a 2.5-3 compared to other countries, that?s sad. Smoothie was good but staff was rude. She started to take my order and midway through the order she walked off. She seemed upset... I asked if there was any special for Veterans Day and she said only for Active Duty. Needless to say she didn?t want to give mywife the veteran a smoothie and when I looked at the ad for the special it said both active duty and veterans. I?ve never been to any other location, so I don?t know how they are, but I?ve always had an excellent experience at this one.... One time I went in around 9:00pm thinking they?d have a bad attitude about me coming in late, but the lady was awesome! (wish Igot her name). I wanted a protein drink, but it had to be with vegan protein. Not all of the drinks could be swapped for vegan,so she checked the ingredients of all the protein drinks to let me know which one could be swapped. She was so patient andaccommodating and the drink tasted awesome! I can keep coming back because the app has rewards that make the drinks moreaffordable. Thank you! Read more

This particular Smoothie King used to be great a few years prior, however, as of late, the service, wait time, and quality of... the smoothies have been getting worse. You can see evidence of this increasing lack of effort from their drive-thru alone. Thedrive-thru pavement has a large pothole near the intercom that has progressively gotten worse over the years with no repairs. Ican't pull up comfortably to the drive-thru intercom and need to yell to get my order through. My wife and I love Smoothie Kingand would love to see this local spot thrive, but have been sourly disappointed. Management needs to improve! Read more

This has to be single handedly the WORST Smoothie King location I have ever been to. The quality of service and setting was... unacceptable. It seems that the only people who work there are just teenagers who don't care at all for your time. I ordered 3smoothies and neither of them was made with any type of excellence. The environment seems unsanitary and looks as there shouldnot be any type of consumable items made in that building at ALL. The manager seems like the complete most uneducated person ofall. She seems as if she has been only running the store for a day with the feedback I have received from her. Would notrecommend my worst enemy to come to this location! If you really are craving a smoothie, go to tropical smoothie or somewhereelse because this place is completely unacceptable. Read more

I currently work for Smoothie King (not this location) and I know exactly what the expectations are supposed to be, and they... rarely meet that mark. I come here on my days off about once a week, because it?s close to me. And I ALWAYS have some sort ofissue. It?s been a couple weeks since I got a smoothie that was made correctly. And yes you can get it remade but when you?vealready waited 15-20 minutes for a smoothie, it?s not worth it. The speed is sometimes understandable, if someone?s new orwhatever. But please always acknowledge this fact and schedule more than 2 people when you know one is learning. It puts way toomuch stress on both people, and backs up everything. Last time the guy working was so new I had to direct him where my orderwas on the menu -WHICH IS FINE BY ME. I?m happy to help. But he clearly needed more support. There was a very helpful guyworking too, but he was also extremely busy with drive thru and trying to keep up with orders and correcting honestmistakes. I?ve also seen a couple reviews about mold?? I personally haven?t seen any, but if there?s any truth to that either,that adds to the disappointment. Customers; Please go to any other location. I highly recommend not going there. It was my first time. There was a stack of blender covers I could see they were close enough... to touch. Every One of them had black mold on them. I know because I reached over the glass and dragged my finger across it. Myfingernail was black.The manager said they get cleaned night. That's a lie black mold doesn't happen overnight. This is a veryserious issue. You need to google what black mold ingested does to you. Absolutely disgusting.I've seen it especially onblenders. Read more
