Very unprofessional staff , members of missions and I came to eat went in store told we needed ro go through drive thru noticed... someone else eating it was 8pm td young lady we had several people needing to order and we were in a van she with a gentlemanspoke in Spanish then said again go to drive thru we did set 15 minutes she never helped us waited until we pulled off and soher assisting others. Like a lot of restaurant chains, Popeyes is still struggling with the mobile and online orders. I had placed an order via my... phone, about 2 minutes before getting to the restaurant. But, instead of being able to get it at the drive thru, I had to gointo the restaurant, because they couldn't find/figure out my order. It didn't help that most of the staff were ESL. I can't give it 5 stars for i normally spend over $60 on family meal with the extra sides i get. But this last visit my Cole... slaw smelled like it was left out in the sun for days. Mac and Cheese was also not good this time. I gave it 4 stars for nowbecause I have had good experience here before. Staff is always awesome. Read more

The prices have increased which we understand but the large sides were only 1/2 filled & the chicken pieces were so small, even... the biscuits are smaller. I guess we were shocked that it was at least open & staffed. We went through the drive thru, our mealwas ready quickly. Read more
