Horrible service. Incompetent management should be fired. Last time I go. Slow rude and now overpriced. I NEVER POST REVIEWS.... But this last time was it. Placed an online order for pickup through drive through. Takes almost 20 minutes to even get tospeaker to let them know about my order because they are litterly taking 1 order at a time and finishing it before taking thenext order. After about 15 minutes I said hello? Then they were like proceed with your order. Ok??? So you weren't going to sayanything untill I asked? Anyways another 10-15 minutes waiting and the drive through operator tells me I need to come inside. Myorder says drive through. He gives me an attitude and tell me I need to pick it up inside. Absolutely no reason given. Completegarbage. This was maybe 15 minutes ago. Don't waster your money in this trashy run business. They deserve to go out of businessif this is how they run it. In line for 35 minutes - not during, but after the lunch rush. Six people are in front of me. Only one person working the... counter. They are filling 3-4 drive thru orders for every counter order. Service is great...but the food lately leaves a lot to be desired, while the prices are increasing. The chicken tenders were so... small my husband asked if they were nuggets, and the shrimp I got was all breading. On the plus side, the sides...Mac n cheese,mashed potatoes, and red beans and rice were all good. Read more
