Placed an order for pizza and wings on 2 separate occasions. They delivered the pizza to a different house. First occasion they... remade it and delivered it to me with no apology just an attitude and this time driver was lying saying he put it on the purplebox like i instructed. I left a green pampers cruisers box out there plus i was watching out the window to see them arrive. Itracked them coming into my neighborhood and 5 minutes later it stated delivered....no car ever pulled up to my driveway and nopizza to be seen. I call them and delivery guy tries to make me out a liar. I will NEVER order there again! They said 3 buisnessdays for refund and trust me, i will look for the refund....if its not there, i will personally show up and demand one! Update:after i packed up my toddler to go get our food at wendys, i saw my pizza two doors down on my neighbors front door on a purplecrate. I video taped my evidence. Looks like the delivery kid needs to go back to school and learn his numbers and learn thedifference between a box and a crate. Been ordering pizza from this location for the last 3 years. 90% of the time I make an order, something is wrong. Either the... pizza being burnt and over cooked, or they forgetting to deliver something that I ordered, or 3 pieces of a topping (almost notoppings compared to other pizza places) or like this time, they simply FORGOT to CUT my pizza. Something so simple and stupid.Really guys? Pizza ain?t cheap especially with your outrageous pizza delivery fee and I?m paying for a good service as well. Guess my experience is just a normal day for this papajohns. I order regularly and rarely have issues but this time was just too... much. The deliver time was half and hour to an hour. No biggie. I work in a restaurant and had just gotten home to my kids andthought pizza is just the thing. The pizza never came. The tracker said delivered but no pizza. I called the store and the repmust have been using mute and sometimes forgetting because I got to hear so much more than I'm sure they wanted me to hear. Thedriver calls me a liar and says I'll have to pay because it's a waste of gas. He says my address led to an empty lot even thoughthey never had a problem finding me before. Haha. Then claims he called my number and I told him we never ordered pizza. Thegirl on the phone said they checked his calls on his phone and he had dialed my number. What kind of scam is he pulling?
