At this point, I don?t thing gone downhill is the right term to use, they are not even near a hill. Customer service is non... existent, she was going to put queso on my burrito and I thought I remembered from the previous visit that that?s an upcharge?didn?t inform me until I asked. The burrito was tiny, the girl proceeded to charge me for a big burrito? good thing Ichecked the price before ordering. I asked her why it?s so expensive??oh it?s not that??? No?and I shouldn?t be the one pointingthat out to you. On top of that?the restaurant is extremely dirty. Very dissatisfied. This used to be our go to with the fam, nomore. Read more

Food isn?t worth what they lack in service. It took 4 people to make my nachos because I asked for the chips on the side? after... talking in Spanish the whole time about me they charged $18 and when I asked why they charged me for a salad and add on cheese,etc the guy in charge said? ?Customers come in and want it one way, but we don?t do it that way. You ordered a salad.? Ihonestly told him I?ve never had the staff tell me I couldn?t have my chips on the side and he told me that?s why none of thepeople that used to work there do anymore. He changed it to nachos and charged for less of the extra, but I won?t be back. Whendid it become common placed to ?not do it the customers way?? What a transformation! I moved back from Europe and the place was so dismal from what i remembered 10 years ago but I walked in... two weeks ago and it was all new bright, happy faces! Met the new manager "Gilbert"! Has transformed the place completely! Whata genuinely nice guy aswell! I come here nearly everyday and it's so clean and the food just tastes soo much better all of asudden!! Great job Gilbert and his team! Read more

Under new management as of September 2022 and while the food is still good, you now pay twice as much for half of what you used... to get. Management is skimp on everything but the chips. I know he?s trying to cut cost and I understand that however he?s goingto cut customers. I?ll find another location that gives me what I am paying for. Also they were very friendly and welcoming!! I am in disbelief. Wvery single table is filthy. The staff was more focused on talking amongst themselves rather than serving... clients. The bathrooms were disgusting. Garbage on the floor and only 3 tables including myself are occupied. I'm not sure ifMoe's has gone down in quality overall, but I will never step foot in this location again. Got a steak bowl with a bunch of toppings and the food was fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly including the... manager. Coca Cola freestyle machine here gets me my favorite Vanilla Barq's Root Beer. I would recommend over Chipotle. Read more

We stopped in for a late lunch. The menu is not overly complicated. We got 2 beef tacos and a jr. chicken burrito. Both were... generously portioned, each otem lookes fresh. The counter server was onformative and helpful. The rest of the staff was veryfriendly as well. We didnt give five stars because it seemed like it needs a deep cleaning and a decor update. I would suggestsome framed southwest pictures on the walls. Other than that, I loved it! Read more
