I love it here and the kiddos do too hence the cakes they have are delicious too .They beg us to bring them to Menchies and... harvest pumpkin flavor and peanut butter cookie too is here !Menchies has 14 different unique flavors and if you count the swirlis 28 and my kiddos love it here . I always go have sushi next door to koto sushi and walk next door to enjoy a healthy frozenyogurt cup. There's so many dinner choices next door I always choose one and then go to enjoy frozen yogurt and not feel soguilty about the calories ! New flavor alert cinnamon horchata 100 percent ant based has arrived it's absolutely delicious . Also Pomegranate raspberry... sorbet has arrived at menchies cape coral is vegan !! They have multiple vegan options and now plant based cinnamon too and anNSA no sugar added frozen yogurt strawberry option too ! Dairy free yes ! All kosher .I heard my fav Gummy sharks are back atthe topping stand !Honestly there is no other Ice cream shop like this or frozen yogurt shop period . Other shops charge you 75cents per topping and the interior decor is mediocre at best! They always have the best flavors. All fryo and toppings are fresh. I always come here. It is my favorite froyo place.

Use to love this place until the new owner took over. The place has unfortunately gone downhill. The floors are absolutely... disgusting. The trash cans are overflowing. The young staff are rude and care more about being on their phones. The fruit atthe counter has likely sat there all day. Nothing is restocked. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. Read the negativereviews, all the owner does is bark back by telling people to be nice. We wouldn?t have to write bad reviews if you cared moreabout your store. The place used to be great. The last few times we have been in it was filthy. So we stopped going. Last night we thought we... would give it another chance but was the work we have seen it. It was so bad we left. Machines were covered in yogurt but thefloors were disgusting and the candy are was just as bad. I hope they can get this under control. Was the best!! Read more

Had a wonderful experience this past Sunday. My little girl clan and I arrived at 12:00 right when they were to open and were... greeted by the owners. We were notified that they were short staffed and there would be a slight delay as to when the frozenyogurt would be ready. Although I had 4 hungry little girls, we patiently waited outside while they played with the Connect FourToy out front with no complaint. Once we were able to get in about 20 mins later, we all got our treats and were seated inside.The owner thanked us for being so patient and presented all the girls with Peppa Pig ear headbands! this place is so amazing and keeps up with the current times. the owner understands that technology is a vital part of running a... business and defends his/her employees when people leave bad reviews about employees checking their phones for work purposes. ihaven?t been here in so long but i had to acknowledge that the owner is so responsive and sweet and easygoing. this is really anawesome place but it got 10x better seeing how the owner treats their customers. absolutely immaculate. i have never seencustomer service like this! I can honestly say for the price and for what you?re getting it?s pretty darn good. Not too many options, but what you?re... getting tastes so good.
