I want to apologize for my previous review. Yea. Delivery from door dash and quality was ughh... cold cracker like well done... cheese thing.. i would not even call it a pizza.. however. well. Any way... after speaking to manager... not only I got newdelivered pizza they also included cheesy bread (I did not ask for it but was very nice of them). Now reflecting back... Ordered a pizza early on a Friday evening after a long day of travel. This Marco's location went above and beyond by calling... us to ensure how we wanted our pizza cut after they received conflicting information on our online order. Going this extra stepreally made us happy! When our pizza arrived, the delivery guy was super nice and actually took time to say thank you for thetip we provided to him. 1st time ordering here worst experience and customer service ever , handed Luke warm food after over a 30 minute search to even... find my order , was basically accused of trying to get a double order or stealing from them !!!! Sad when the manager on dutyfinds my order basically hands a partial order to me and says a non engaged I?m sorry and walks away . Tells me a family memberprobably picked it up and didn?t tell me I even had to show my id to prove my identity. Sad Read more

Pizza bowls are the best! There were 3 of us and we each ordered a different flavor: garden, meat lovers, deluxe. We also... ordered cheesy bread and a steak and cheese sub. Everything was savory and filling. Very nice staff and we didn't need to waitlong at all for our order. Read more
Marcos Pizza, Nicholas Pk Wy, Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. I stopped into a hardware store. They... were next door. I have been seeing their ad's for last 5 years. I was hungry & lazy. The food. 7 bucks for a small 1 topping pieand a drink. Well it was as nasty as I expected it to be. Tasted like some of those pizzas you buy frozen at the grocerystore. This is usually our go to place for pizza. I've had an issue or two in the past but we liked the place enough to stay. No... establishment is perfect, so mistakes are bound to happen which is completely understandable. Today I tried putting the order inon the app, for some reason it had issues with adding the payment. It said I had 32 mins to put an order in. So I made anattempt to call, and WOOOW, are they rude. They will pick up the phone and hang up on you, no answer, no anything just click theend call button. If you thought it was a mistake and the line dropped guess again, you might try to call back, but you getsomeone snippy answering the phone quickly saying "weareclosedandopeat11AMtomorrow" and hang up. SURPRISE SURPRISE they weren'tclosed. On our way to get food elsewhere we had to pass the store, there were still customers coming out with food and peoplegoing in. Even the hours shown did not comply with what the employee said. I had the time right to begin with, I was just tryingto order two pizzas.
