The lady who took my phone order was super kind. The stuffed crazy bead was amazing & deep dish never fails to satisfy.

Decided to try the order online option since the signage advertised it would 'save time'..I waited 30min while standing in... there they had tons of ready pizzas (we ordered the classic pizzas so nothing special). I asked about it and was cut off by alady saying "is your name on the screen? No? Then you'll have to wait til it's up there and you can retrieve". Ok...so I waitedawhile and was making conversation with another customer how I was waiting awhile too and the woman behind the counter piped upto ask my name so I told her and she explained my order is set to be ready at 623(1min later) I said ok the website just doesn'ttell you that before you order so I thought it would be faster is all. Anyway a few min later my order comes up and I go toretrieve my pizza and she tell me, without me saying a word " next time pay more attention to what the time is" I responded "yeaI just thought it was supposed to be faster is all" she began going on as I'm walking out the store how I should "pay moreattention" so I told her she "didn't have to be a rude b*&^%"(yes I know not nice of me but by then I was over her arroganttone). All this because I tried to get her attention ONCE to tell her I had an online order and ask about it since I was a newcustomer and not familiar with the system. Won't be coming back to this location or ordering online. It certainly doesn't savetime but mostly the negative interaction would have been avoided if she just explained that in a way that wasn't aggressive andcondescending. Read more

Never have I ever been to a place so unprofessional. I go grab a hot and ready cheese pizza today, I get Rung up by some girl... who does not look like she wants to be in there working for the life of her. I grab my pizza get home only to find my hot andready cheese pizza is a hot and ready thin crust pepperoni pizza instead. I waste no time and head back to the store to getanother pizza. Takes about 5 minutes to get from my house to the store. So I get back to the store I show them my Pizza and tellthem I asked for cheese not this and if I can exchange it. The register girl which mind you is the same Girl who rang me up whenI first ordered tells me I?m lying she dosent remember seeing me, even though I was just there 10-15 minutes prior. She goesahead to question me more and check her pos system, she scans my Pizza and tells me it was check out over an hour ago. I insistI was literally just here. So she cops an attitude and tell me what kinda pizza I want and proceeds to grab me one andpractically tosses it to me with terrible attitude after checking it?s a cheese pizza. No empathy or accountability what soever on a mistake that was clearly her fault. Last time I will be ordering anything from this location, worst customer serviceof any pizza place I have ever been to in my life. Food is cheap of course here compared to other pizza ???? places, that?s why we all come to little Caesar?s. With that being... said I?ve been stopping in here on and off for 4 years now and haven?t been to disappointed yet! Little Caesar?s isn?t the bestpizza out here by far! But tbh there isn?t any good pizza places around here, and they are all over priced. And that?s sad whenlittle Caesar?s is the best pizza around here!
