This location is very run down looking and looks almost closed when you pull. It was particularly slow so the food was fresh and... the best part of the meal. There was a wait on a lot of items. Which being slow I can understand. I would rather wait for freshthan eat what would be sitting too long as slow as it was. The cashier who could have even been the manager seemed unhappy to bethere. We ordered the 3 pc dinners. The girl who took our order said we could change the pieces of chicken we wanted. We ASKED for a... breast and 2 thighs. Instead she gave us 2 thighs and a leg and charged us $3.58 extra for change the order soooo instead ofgetting a breast (most expensive pc. Of chicken) she takes that away and gives us two thighs. The one employee that was able to come up and take an order was a sweetheart, the rest was horrible. Filthy everything. No lids,... no trash cans out by the straw/lid area, straw wrappers everywhere and the chicken.....omg it was awful. Will add a pic. I gotthe Nashville hot chicken tenders and the spice seasoning was in CHUNKS on my chicken then the strips were laid on top of theoil I'm assuming was supposed to coat the strips evenly as advertised. I was trying to do the survey online but it was giving me an error. I just want to say the whole team is awesome and very kind.... I work close to this location so every afternoon they see my face. Jeanie is super sweet and kind with the customers, alwaysmake sure everything is taken care of. Isaiah is awesome as well, always smiling and attentive, makes sure I got everythingbefore I leave.
