So good!!!! The vegetables were clearly very very fresh. There was five of us and we all got very different dishes and each came... out fast and delicious. I personally had the seafood pho which had a very generous serving of seafood in it. I also had a hotjasmine tea that i highly recommend because they give a lot and its very strong tasting without being bitter at all. The foodmakes you feel good when you eat it because of how healthy they prepare it and the fresh ingredients. Delicious food!!!!! The Pho soup was great!!!! Everything we had was delicious and fresh!!!! We could definitely taste it was... made to order and not a microwave reheat. Nice tiny and shiny restaurant in Matlacha. I had the Raw Steak & Brisket Pho which came in a large bowl with sprouts, cilantro,... jalapeno, lime etc on a side plate. The broth was the killer, not too spicy but rich and very tasty. The meat was nice andtender. Definitely I will be back for more from the menue. Read more
