terrible customer service. walked in for a doordash order, the lady was extremely rude, i smiled and said goodmorning and she... just gave me a snarky look. she was also rude to her coworker who was nicer. she was tall and in her 60s. she was rude since themoment i walked in, im a latina woman and i cant help but feel this was targeted, especially in this country. hate to see it. The bagels are good. My issue with this Einstein location is that if you do not get there early, there are few bagels left. If... I try to order my Bagels ahead of time, they do not offer online the same types of bagels that are in the store. The choices arelimited. I have tried to call ahead to make sure the bagel flavors I want are available, but no one answers the phone at thislocation. Again, the bagels are good but the service at this Einstein location needs more work. The folks there are lovelypeople. There is just not enough of them 2 run the store effectively. Read more
Update: Last two times they were out of capers for locs and bagels. The amount of smoked salmon seems to be half what they used... to serve when I fell in love with in Miami store. Coffee was ok, nothing special. Definitely don?t make special drinks like other popular coffee shops. Bagels were fine. Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bagels, Pine Island Rd., NE, Cape Coral, FL, Here is my 2 cents on my meal and chatter. I had a... regular coffee and a Green Chile bagel sandwich to go. The coffee was very hot getting home and very strong. If I had stayedthere I could have had a free refill. I order a Green Chile bagel club, turkey,bacon, tomatoe, you get the jist. It was a bitburnt and a bit soggy when I opened at home. They had wrapped it in a paper/aluminum wrap. I was suprized it was also a bitspicy. Over all pretty good. I was also given a very small side of potato salad. After 4 spoonfuls it was gone. It was good justneeded more. Service was just like a St*r bucks. Basically this is a clone of a St*r Bucks with an added bagel bakery included.The coffee side has it own sandwiches , bagel side it own drinks. Just sharing the same real estate. So just your average coffee& bagel chains. No big whoop. Read more
Best bagels in the world. Always fresh always soft baked daily on the premises. Bring the kids sign up for an account get free... stuff every time you visit. Coffee is very good as well.
