Avoid! Rudest service! There are plenty of other Dunkin?s to spend your money at. I went at the least busy time, no cars in... line, no cars behind me, and no cars when I left. Because I didn?t drive around the massive building, they went to the extremeand refused service instead of simply letting me know for a next time. Now there won?t be a next time. No one was cut-off by mymove, and there is no sensible reason to go to such an extreme, especially when no one, except me, was at the drive-thru. Read more
I visited this store recently & I was shocked when they only handed me my drink and tried sending me on my way without giving me... the rest of my order. Then the employee had to go looking for the rest of my order. I had ordered breakfast for a family of 3,including donuts. This isn't the first store to do this. Turns out that when you mobile prefer & they are out of stock on items.They dont even tell you, it's up to you to realize that before you pull away & you have to ask THEM for the rest of your food. Excellent donuts. The place is super busy because they "make the donuts " here, and they still have a great selection ... throughout the day. Most other stores run out early of the best donuts.A fast DT too. Read more
Horrible manager this location has. We are active dunkin customers and always have great customer service everywhere. This place... got my son's order wrong. Did not fix the error and at the end made my son and I feel bad for asking them to fix our order. Wedeserve better than this! Never,ever going back there! I frequently visit this location and typically have never had an issue with my order. I work in a similar industry and I... understand that we get busy and make mistakes so I don?t normally complain, but after a few similar experiences I thought Iwould leave feedback. I ordered all of my items, saw each of them pop up on the drive thscreen, and the employee taking theorder repeated it back to me. When I got to the window I received all of my items quickly, minus the breakfast sandwich I hadordered. The employee working the window stated that I didn?t order it because it wasn?t on the receipt and sent me on my way. Iwould have happily done a second transaction and waited for the sandwich but I wasn?t even offered the option, she stood therewaiting for me to drive away instead of trying to fix the situation. The crew at this Dunkin Donuts is exceptional at maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the Coffee Shop... establishment. This is a very important factor taking in consideration that food must be prepared in a clean environment. Thestaff are prompt and professional with courtiousness toward all customers. The wi-fi always works well when in need of a quickinternet session. The pastry cases are always well stocked very well with donuts in all varieties. Not all Dunkin Donuts arecreated equal, This one is stands out by far as being one of the best in Cape Coral. Shame to have to write such an awful review, see as how I used to visit this location daily. After receiving my food on Monday I... left a voicemail for the management stating how I was unhappy with my meal as the food was cold. I spoke with a manager namedClaudio Tuesday morning. He took my name and stated they would remake my food. However, when I got there today to order my foodthey had told me Claudio didn't write my name down and has no recollection of speaking with me, kind of crazy considering myphone records state otherwise. He informed he he would not remake my cold food and refused to assist me any further. He said hewas too busy and we needed to leave. Read more
