Drive-through was only option yet again as the sign stated there were only two people working. The two who were working were... both pleasant and got our order correct despite a long line and long day. They should be compensated better for all the extrawork and not taken advantage of. First , Mark is the best! He brightened up my day with his cheerfull demeanor. Little did he know I walked in to cheer myself... up. With his outstanding work ethic he gave me information about a specific donut I was looking for. I left the coffee shopfeeling so much better that there is still kind ,happy people in this world . literally the worst dunkin experience i?ve ever had. had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to come to the window and then when... we got our food my hash browns were dumped upside down in the bag and i was given a cold sandwich. my coffee looked like it hadmaybe a drop of coffee in it and instead tasted like sugary milk. will never come back here Read more
I stopped at this location this week on my way to work. Ordered two Boston crème donuts and was disgusted when I got to work... and realized they gave me two heart shaped donuts. The only time I know that heart shaped donuts are sold is at Valentine?s Day.Definitely not in July! Definitely not fresh donuts and months past when they should be sold. Will be making sure I check myorders at the window for now on. I would rather be told you don?t have it then sell me donuts months out of when they were to besold. Absolutely terrible experience. I came in to the drive thru through early this morning. And the employee was extremely rude. She... gave me attitude while taking my order and answering my questions. And when I received my order she did say anything nice. Alsomy sweet tea very water and not sweet at all. My egg and cheese croissant was burnt. And my bagel bites were so hot I had towait 10 minutes before I could eat them. Read more
It's great. If they're open after they take your mobile order. Good luck with that. It certainly gladly takes the order. You get... there and they have a hand-written sign saying they're closed for whatever reason. It varies, but this has occurred on severaloccasions, so I'm pretty irritated with this location.
