I knew I shouldn?t have done this, but I asked if they could give me a shot of espresso. The man on the speaker box said ?yes.?... I said can you do a double shot? ?Yes.? ?Ok I?ll take a double shot of espresso with a little bit of sugar.? By God what I gotwas a very strong half of a small coffee with a half cup of sugar in it. This Dunkins hours are so erratic. Went there today at 1:30 pm, 5 people waiting at the driveup who had already ordered. I got... to the speaker and was told they were closed. This is not the first time this has happened. Some days they have absolutely nofood. Either fix the problems or just close the doors for good ???? Read more
Just left there it is 430 and the staff was outside smoking cigarettes, and said we are closed for the day , what kind of... operation is this, I will never return ended up going and getting the peppermint mocha ice coffee at McDonald's it was cheaperand better and just learned they have espresso as well , suggestion just go next door better coffee and better price and ofcourse better service Read more
At 6:20pm the person on the microphone said everything was shut down and I could not order food because they close at 7pm. Then... he hands me a iced coffee when I ordered hot. Then he replaces it and gives me a hot coffee that was not hot at all just warm.But thats not the worst there was coffee all over the outside of the cup. It was a mess so I told him I did not want it. Soafter I told him he just stared at me with a look that said to me he did not know what to do. After a minute of no communicationI said forget about it and left. I thought he mite offer to get another cup of coffee that was clean and hot or offer a refundbut I got non of that. I do not know why they shut everything down including the coffee at 6pm when they close at 7pm. If thisis there company policy then they should close at 6pm. Read more
My first time Going threw Drive threw ,and I get to the window the person must be having a little roughly morning I order my 3... donuts one which wasn't what I order i paid got my change n left I don't leave around the corner the person was very nasty likebored of either he or she working there so when I get home I ask for a all chocolate donut I got a frosted one not at allchocolate I didn't get it for free I got my bag but didn't see at the time at dunkin donuts my hash browns so I ask , insteadthe person at the window say O ma-am am sorry it's right here No that person came out with a nasty attitude, I pay for my stuffI didn't ask for it to be free , but again if you can't be kind to your customers, WHY..YOUR WORKING THERE! ?? I go to this dunkin all the time because it?s right next to my work. They always mess up my order. I always get a Sausage, egg,... and cheese on a PLAIN BAGEL!!! The order is correct on the bag yet it?s on a croissant. I do not understand. I work in theservice industry as well so I have patience? but not when my order is a constant mess up? Read more
Honestly, TERRIBLE. I understand not being busy at noon on a Tuesday, but does this even look like a caramel iced coffee with... cream and sugar? The cream and sugar didn?t even mix with whatever was in mine and my boyfriend?s cup, so giving it the title of?coffee? makes me disagree with that title. So I guess fresh coffee is too much to ask for? I would?ve went back to fix it but Ihad somewhere to be. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this location. Read more
Poor ownership/management. Under staffed. (NOT THE WORKERS FAULT). Every morning traffic is backed up all the way around the... building. So under staffed, they keep doors locked to inside counter. They never put signs on the doors to let you know theinside is closed. It is hit and miss at best with this location. Highly suggest any other location than this one, until ownergets enough staffing to keep the inside counter and drive thru open. Read more
