I understand that a hurricane has just come through our area but this morning my co worker and I pulled up to the store. As we... got out the employees standing outside went inside before we could get there and said nothing to us. The door was locked and noone came to the door. I called their phone number and no one answered. No signs saying closed. Maybe an employee could have toldus they were closed before we walked over and they ran inside. Read more
Worst service?ever! Tried to order the egg/cheese wrap and and the girl got frustrated with me because she kept asking if I... wanted it on bagel or corrisont. Next cashier was absolutely rude and annoyed that she had to take order. Received burnt hashbrowns had to go back to ask again for sweetener. Just rude service and poor food! Never again Read more
I usually don?t leave negative reviews, or even review at all. This was absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had ordering... from a Dunkin Donuts. They didn?t ask us if we want sugar, and when we asked them to add it I could hear someone start shoutingand screaming that this wasn?t part of their service. When I confronted them about it, I was told that they don?t have to ask ifwe want sugar for a Cappuccino. I will never be back to this terrible location. What sort of workers shout and scream aboutcustomers, and didn?t even seem to care that we had a complaint. I wish I could rate less than 0. Read more
I avoid this Dunkin location. The wait time is AWFUL, unlike anywhere I've been before. I waited 35 minutes before getting to... order once... I refuse to get breakfast here anymore after the multiple incidents even though it's very close to our home!Recently, my husband and I decided to stop & get coffee around 2pm. Only 2 cars in line ahead of us and we waited 10 minutesbefore the 2nd car could even place their order. We left. Food is average, coffee is OK. Not worth the wait!!! Read more

I would give it zero stars. They didn't give my coffee in the order. I had to ask twice. The crew acted like jacka**es the whole... time. I couldn't enjoy my meal. This place needs new management if they can't control their loudmouth staff. Edit: It's beenover a months since I wrote this review. After I wrote this I also emailed corporate. I do this not to get people in trouble butto help other customers and also the company itself. They were nice in the email and said the manager would contact me. Neverhappened. Read more
20 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. The employees do not take that job seriously at all they don't listen... to orders and give you what they think you said. This place is going to hurt someone with health issues. Read more
