I can be very patient with the slow-ness of getting your order. Usually takes 20 - 30 minutes. However, this location has double... charged my card the last two times. The amounts were different, so I believe they charged my card for my order and also someoneelse's. Also, they gave me the wrong food again. Ordered a very simple item: egg, cheese, & bacon on a bagel (almost $ 5sandwich, was listed on receipt correctly) yet they give you plain cream cheese instead... Not even close, guys... Wish I couldat least get refunded for the double- charges, but I doubt it as you can't even get the food you actually ordered... Read more
It never fails that when I go to this specific Dunkin my drinks are always bad. I try not to go here for this reason but... sometimes I have no choice and I always give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they?ll get it right, but they never do.Every single drink I?ve ever ordered from them is NEVER full. There is always at least an inch of space in the cup. Today Iordered a large Carmel iced latte with one extra sugar. Immediately I knew it wasn?t made right when I saw how dark it was. Iorder this often at other Dunkin?s and it?s always super sweet and milky. This one today (pictured below) had barely any milk,was watered down, tasted stale, and was not sweet at all. And this picture is when I got it home after maybe two sips in thecar. I was tempted to go back and complain this time since I never do, but the drive through line was long and I had my baby anddog in the car. I ended up having to mix in my own milk and sugar at home and it still doesn?t taste great. And for $5 Ishouldn?t have to do that. I think this is the last straw for me and I?ll go out of my way next time for better coffee at theother Dunkin?s. Read more
I the one star is due to never having donuts. I been to this location many times. No matter what time they never have Donuts.... This is the only dunking donuts I know that never have donuts no matter what time. Read more

Worst Dunkin?s I have ever been to. I live near there, so it?s the only convenient one for me. My iced coffee is ALWAYS watered... down. They must be pouring hot coffee over ice to make an iced coffee. The food is always cold, they never really have anythingwe order and the coffee is never made right. So sick of spending my money here and wasting it. After about 30 times of going tothis specific Dunkin, I will make the drive now to go else where. Read more
