I come to this location frequently and the service is usually pretty good. But this morning at 7am on 11/4/2022 - that went out... the door. An employee was yelling from behind the counter that she was upset that she had been selected as the effing ordertaker when she has a bad attitude and she doesnt want to deal with these annoying customers. She yelled this in a store full ofcustomers. I am posting this in hopes that the manager/owner sees this and addresses the issue. I'm not much of a Dunkin Donuts person usually but since I've stopped in this one I've been going every morning since!! The... customer service that works there is top notch and I (believe) the girl who works every morning is named Jennifer and man doesshe get done a lot being there by herself in the A.M. from what i see!! Workers were rude and condescending. Walked in at 6:55 PM Wanted to get a donut and iced coffee Not one donut on the shelf.... Asked anymore donuts? Thought that was a reasonable question, maybe more in the back?! He looked at me looked at the emptyshelf and said nope, no donuts! Have a good night. Didn't even let me order the iced coffee. We stop here religiously. Like every day. Staff is so rude! They can never get an order right. Don?t even think about... preordering on the app. When you arrive, you still have to wait for them to make it. They ignore you when you walk up to thewindow and then you have to wait for them to remake your order because they can?t read. It?s actually quicker and better todrive the extra 10 minutes to the one on Pine Island Rd or Cape Coral Pkwy. Can never get a coffee right. Staff is not friendly at all. They tell you the price, take money and shut the window. Never... greet you with a smile and hello, how are you. Can we please get a reliable DD in NE CC??? Last 2 visits have been unable to get donuts in the early afternoon. Today their... computers went down and they needed 10 minutes for them to get up and running but it might take longer so go park and wait. So Iwent to Starbucks across the street. This location has always been hit or miss as far as service and order accuracy goes butlately just not worth it. Avoid the headache, go somewhere else. Read more
I'm a big fan of Dunkin, been to all sorts of locations in the US, but this one is by far the worst. My last three visits have... been increasingly awful. The first included them listing items they didn't have available including some coffee items, which isfine. I asked for another item, and the cashier rudely and aggressively repeated what she had recited before. I left withnothing. Second time around, went early in the morning, no donuts. They didn't tell me before I ordered, nor were there anysigns, and yelled when I tried to order donuts. Left with nothing. Today I ordered a half dozen donuts, hash browns, and coffee.I recieved donuts thrown into a bag (all but two were the wrong kind), crumpled napkins covered in icing, and hashbrowns burnttil they were practically potato chips. I come to the Dunkin' donuts in Cape Coral by pondella and every time I go there I order a large iced caramel craze signature... latte with eight liquid sugars and extra shot of espresso and every time they put coffee in my drink instead of expresso andchargers me for expresso but uses coffee instead the boy with the poofy hair and the woman with a tattoos all over neck I spenda lot of money at Dunkin' and my coffee is $8 by itself so I would like expresso instead of coffee or just be honest...
