I never write reviews, but I'm very unhappy with this situation. First, I fought with the online ordering for 20 minutes. I... always order that way and usually have no problems. I wanted to redeem points which I have on my account. It just kept erroringout in checkout, telling me to call the store and saying the total of my entire order was $0.00. This obviously was not correct,so I called the store to try to place the same order. I ended up getting half of what I was originally ordering online for morethan what the online order SHOULD have totalled because apparently they don't have the same coupons as the app. Justdisappointed in the lack of customer service. Their website did NOT work, to order specialty pizza's. Making it so I had to call. Which then I ordered 2 pizza's & wanted a... brownie at the coupon price of $5.99 which I could do on the website, because I've done it multiple times. The lady said shecould not do that, the brownie would have to be at full price. So I agreed, because I had already told family I was gettingit. I went & picked it up. The store was clean, building well maintained & their was no wait to get my pizza's. No body waswearing masks & no shield at check out, you can decide how you feel about that. But on 8/22/21, Florida's Covid case numberswere high. The lady that checked me out & handed me my order was very polite. Once we started eating the pizza it was not nearas good as other Domino's that I've had. The crust, hand tossed, was doughy. The flavor was lacking & the topping were not asplentiful. Then I opened the brownie box to see that there was only about 8 chocolate chip cookies instead of the traditional 9.Also the chocolate portion was a light brown, the Domino's I usually use, thier's is a darker, richer brown, making for atastier brownie. I had a very bad experience ordering at dominos just recently.The mixed young adult was being super rude and acted very... unprofessional.I cancelled my order 2 minutes after I ordered because I had an important errand to run and then I reorderedabout an hour after and he asked me with attitude ?whys that? Why?s that u cancelled?with aggressiveness and then he called meagain gave me attitude once again.I went to the store and he was being passive aggressive.I didn?t feel comfortable in thiswhole situation and the managers should definitely start looking for other employees because he shouldn?t be one.
