To start this is not the first time I have been to this Culver?s. First time was okay. Second time they put a penny size dot of... ketchup on my sandwich and no lettuce tomato onions or pickles as requested. They went again and asked for the same sandwichsame way and again the same result. When I went up to ask I took my sandwich with me to tell them that this is what occurred andthat it was the second time. Showed them the sandwich. The counter server asked the back line for LTO and pickles one of thetithed counter servers asked why? The young man told her that the customer didn?t get what they requested when they ordered.They placed the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on the side, which was not a problem, however, they gave me one piece oftomato three pickles has a head of lettuce and a piece of onion they did give me a couple packs of mayonnaise and a pack ofketchup. Again, this is the second time this happened to me the first time we came here it was really good but the store isgoing down the tubes. The food is horrible and service being questioned in the way the counter server did did not make theexperience great either. :( Read more
I love Culver?s but this location not so much. Our burgers were cold and the buns were dry. We have never had bad quality from... Culver?s. I spoke to the manager who said she would get us new buns, which didn?t help with the cold burger, and they were dry.I lost most of my cheese when I had to switch the buns. Usually the cheese is melted but that was not the case. I feel they arecooking the burgers before you order and they are cold this was just a bad meal and the manager did mot handel it properly.After reading other reviews it looks like this is a pattern. I typically enjoy Culver's food, but I've never been to this particular location before. I ordered 2 of their new Wisconsin Big... Cheese burgers, my boyfriend's burger was hot and well made. My burger on the other hand was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, andthe patty itself was basically a wreck. I couldn't even bring myself to finish the food. I was surprised to see a bill for 36 dollars for two two-piece fish dinners and two root beer floats. The fish (cod) was... tasteless and fries were ordinary. The floats had one small scoop of ice cream in it. The food was served hot and the server wasfriendly. I won't order fish here again or over-priced root beer floats. On the other hand, I had a mushroom burger about amonth ago and it was tasty. Read more
My first time in a Culver?s. Eli was awesome!!! Very patient with me while going over the menu items. I ended up ordering a... mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings. My husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with french fries. Both were served fresh,and hot! The place was very clean, and I would definitely come back. Ended up going back to the counter for some custard thatEli recommended. He even stopped over to check how we like to our meal. Superb customer service! He?s a keeper Culver?s!!! Read more
Great place next to Home Depot, brand new and super clean and fully staffed, best fish and chips in town and I am from... Newfoundland so I know fish and chips. Also a great place to take the kids for affordable ice cream. Culver?s has a greathistory and dedication to quality. I always find the staff helpful and optimistic. Got a 2 scoop of the flavor of the day Dark Chocolate Decadence. Was delicious, fresh, $3.79 for two decent sized scoops, and... service was friendly and fast as usual. I had to wait only about a minute to get my custard. I've been to this location 3 timesrecently and this location is extremely fast if you are only getting dessert.
