Took my son for his first time, he?s 2. Thought it would be a nice experience. Well I was wrong we were rushed. The girl who... waited on us was throwing things around and rolling her eyes. There were 3 employees there. Everyone had a name tag except her.I never leave reviews but this girl was really over the top nasty. I will never go back to this location again. I drove out ofmy way for this awful experience. Seriously rude and uncalled for behavior. By the way the other 2 employees seemed nice. I?m not one to complain but this is a HEALTH HAZARD warning. My wife went and bought a birthday cake at this Cold Stone... location in Cape Coral. The small Oreo cake she ordered had a CHEMICAL TASTE and SMELL. The taste resembled hand sanitizer. Verydisgusting and disturbing. Trying to have the remaining cake analyzed by a reliable lab and have spoke to a attorney. I can?teven believe this is possible. Read more

This visit was the worst. I have a nut allergy so they have to prepare my order in the back. Today I was served soup ice cream.... The employee failed to inform me that the ice cream wasn?t frozen. It was so melted it was dripping Dow the cup. The ingredientsweren?t chopped up very well. It appears just thrown in. I don?t know if I will go back. Read more

Worst ice cream I ever had and the owner (I assume) made it bcause she scolleded the young guy for making the ice cream for the... guy ahead of me and it actually looked like the picture. Unlike mine it had all the ingredients and more than 3oz of ice creamthat I had to pay SIX freaking dollars for $6.00 ! Anyways I even politely said I wish I had the guy employee make mine and shejust mumbled some sarcastic remark. You people be the judge.... see if you can figure out the proper one and the one she made meand I hadn?t even touched it or taken it off the counter when the picture was taken. PS the bottom half of the cup was emptyspace and a whole reases cup still in tact to Gnaw through.... This place is amazing! Icecream is delicious! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were packed and we had hardly no wait... time very quick service. The have kid size comes which is great! My little ones loved it! :) Read more
