I?m not one to complain but this is a HEALTH HAZARD warning. My wife went and bought a birthday cake at this Cold Stone... location in Cape Coral. The small Oreo cake she ordered had a CHEMICAL TASTE and SMELL. The taste resembled hand sanitizer. Verydisgusting and disturbing. This visit was the worst. I have a nut allergy so they have to prepare my order in the back. Today I was served soup ice cream.... The employee failed to inform me that the ice cream wasn?t frozen. Took my son for his first time, he?s 2. Thought it would be a nice experience. Well I was wrong we were rushed. The girl who... waited on us was throwing things around and rolling her eyes. There were 3 employees there. Everyone had a name tag except her.I never leave reviews but this girl was really over the top nasty. I will never go back to this location again. I drove out ofmy way for this awful experience. Seriously rude and uncalled for behavior. By the way the other 2 employees seemed nice.
