3 times now , I have had mostly rice in my bowl . Last 2 times I have ordered 2 bowls hoping to get enough toppings for one .... Between 2 bowls this time I might have 6 pieces of chicken . I might have gotten a couple bites of sour cream . And is there acheese shortage ??? I should at least be able to taste it . And yeah they 5 spoons of tomatoes. Really enjoyed that ..... Worst Chipotle I've ever walked into. Place is filthy, nearly death inside and still can't clean anything. Staff has a total IQ... of around 20 or less, can't even roll a burrito so don't bother with that. Just get a bowl, they can't be bothered to have anypride in their work. Lousy customer service. Went in and staff was talking and laughing for 15 minutes before they decided to come over and ask if... we wanted to order. While we were waiting flies were landing on the food. No one seemed concerned about the flies and was quiterude because they had to stop to take our order. I no longer risk ordering for delivery. Every single time, this is no joke, something is always missing from my order. Trying to... get a hold of somebody to fix it, very difficult. Would be more enjoyable with wider options. Hot Salsa is extremely hot. Mild is basically a cup of vegetables. I enjoy it but... would love to smother my burrito in salsa. Or sour cream. Or some kind of sauce at all... Not hating but could be better. Read more
