A year back I had the hardest day of my life. I still had to get dinner and BK was open. After ordering, I grabbed for my wallet... and realized it wasnt there, which has never happened before. Flustered and barely hanging on, I tried to pull up my card on myphone and watch. The associate looked me, stopped me, and told me she would cover it. I burst into tears. I came back later andshe wouldnt let me pay. A year later and her act of humanity still means the world to me. Ive had some questionable servicesince, but I will always come here after that day. Honestly this was my worst fast food experience ever. Came here to check out the new $6 Your Way Deal with a Bacon Double... Cheeseburger, plus a 9-piece Chicken Fries and French Fries. The burger came lukewarm and was put together in a shabby andlistless way. Chicken fries and French fries were not tasty lacking salt and temperature as well. No ketchup was available. Thesoda fountain was not filled properly so that Coke Zero was only clear soda. Dumped this for Fanta. The location had a roofissue so that water dripped on to floor. Spot was secured by a "caution wet floor" sign. Although the location was not toocrowded service took a while. I assume the busy drive-thru was a reason. I won't come back! Read more
My entire experience was terrible! Waited 3 minutes to have my order taken inside. The woman behind the counter looked at me... like I was ruining her day. I wish I could name her but she had no name tag on, she has tattoos of paw prints behind her ear.Threw my food in the bag and threw the bag on the counter. Didn?t ask me for any sauce types.
