Raw bread and RUDE WOMAN. We've eaten inside this restaurant and the food is usually pretty good..but EVERY time we've... ordered takeout..not so good. Tonight's sandwiches were awful, not able to eat. The bread was raw, and the eggplant and cheesedry and burnt. To make things worse, when I brought back our entire meal...the woman at the counter, was BEYOND RUDE...andthat's not the first-time, she has always been rude, never smiles or says thank you. An apology would have gone a long way....pretty sure she's the owners wife. Plenty other choice to eat in Cape Coral. I've given them a few chances ...but this was thelast time I'll order from them. Very disappointing. The food didn't have much flavor. I ordered veal, was served chicken at the price for veal. My entire... family was disappointed. 7/13.
