Since the new owners have taken over, this has turned into the worst place for so many reasons. To begin this, we wouldn't have... been here tonight except that Overtimes was packed and we just wanted a quick beer and take out food (got the take home mealfrom Amore's) Initially, we came back to give it a try to see if things were going to start improving. Total change of staff -lousy service after that. Food quality - not good Management - non-existent, that we can tell. TVs ???? - sports bar - 19 TVsand at least 9 not on or working the hour we were here. This place is going down the tubes quickly and it is sad. RIP, the realBIG 10 TAVERN. Yesterday afternoon we called to reserve a table for 8 and were told they don?t take reservations. On arrival there was one... gentleman sitting at one of the large tables. The other large table had a RESERVED sign on it! We spoke to an incredibly rudeman who told us that the table was reserved for ?regulars?. Several in our group go there often (4 of us 2 nights before). Hethen asked us if WE had been coming there for 12 years. He couldn?t have cared less that he let 8 ?regulars? walk out, never toreturn. First time trying Big 10 Tavern and let me tell you, it's probably the best burger I've ever had. Burger melted in the mouth,... portion size was great and staff was friendly. Definitely coming back! Couldn't finish all that food! Read more

We waited 1hour for Tater Tots & a Chicken Wrap? We finally decided to leave. We have been coming here for two years & NEVER had... such horrible service. Servers statement was? we had a lot of to-go orders.????? As an owner of a current Lounge & a previousSports Bar owner? They were not busy & our servers attitude was she could care less. Friday night was our first time to Big 10 Tavern. We loved the whole experience!! Our garlic knots were great for our... appetizer and we totally enjoyed our tots for our meal. Chris, our waiter checked on us often and served everything upperfectly! Extra credit goes to Emma who also checked up on us at least 3 times and chatted with us!!!
