While the sandwich (Beef and Cheddar) was ok, it was basically a mess leaking out the bag when opened wrapping the meat (Beef)... and cheese and sauce was everywhere, could not eat like a sandwich had to use a fork and knife to eat sandwich. If you get there after 8:45PM you have a 50/50 chance of them being open. It's extremely frustrating when you take the time to... drive a place that says they are open until 10PM on both their posted hours on the door and their Google listing only for themto be closed. Gerneral manager MS. Sue Jones, with a capital J as she said, had a Horrible attitude. As I waited for over 10 minutes at dine... In and watched them hand several of the sandwiches I ordered out to drive thru. I asked hiw much longer and was told I haven'tbeen waiting long. Just 10 mins in a fast food place that is not busy. I then asked capital J sue Jones for a refund. As sheargued and told me I'm wrong and it doesn't matter I was finally given a refund. This lady does not deserve to work aroundcustomers. I ordered the new hamburger deluxe and it?s nothing like in the photoshop Brochures . Lettuce and tomatoes should be fresh and... full just like in the photo. Hamburger was rare . All these fast foods are disgusting ! Read more
Arby's is one of the best fast food restaurants. Tried the French Swiss dip it was absolutely delicious!
