I’m giving 5 stars because that what everybody reads. But I give this restaurant a big 0. We made a reservation for 5:30. Our... appetizer arrived COLD at 6:15…asked for silverware, ended up using my wife’s fork. Our drinks had to be ordered multipletimes (water and Sprite). My father ordered a drink that he wanted to taste ‘first’ before ordering a pitcher, they broughthim the pitcher…by 6:55 we still had not received our food. When I asked to speak to a manager there was none, when I asked tospeak to the owner there was none. My parents felt compelled to stay. My wife and I walked out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME…. We come here at least once or twice a month to get the Tres Mares dish. It is always freshly prepared and delicious. The only... downfall is how long it takes for them to prepare the food, but what would you expect if it’s all made to order anyway? Freshis more important than late in my opinion. Experience was terrible. No communication. My man and I were here at around 2:30 ordered at 2:45 the latest and waited an hour... for our food. No one communicated nothing. Then to get our food and it's COLD. The worst. Then say that it's because they'rebusy and they make it at the moment ????? The food is great here, but definitely didn’t have a good experience with the Pine Island location today. We pulled the menu... online and called in for PICKUP and the the total weren’t matching. When we called the gentleman who answered the phone statedtheir prices changed 1 year ago which is why there is a discrepancy in the total. It is understandable that prices went up, butwhat is not okay is not having the old menu up online and then being rude when the discrepancy came up and saying “the totalwould be the same if you have it delivered”. That wasn’t the point especially since we were ordering for pickup. If theychanged the menu a year ago they could have easily uploaded the new menu online in the past year as well so beware when checkingthe menu on their website & calling in for a pickup order.
