There is absolutely no way a simple chicken sandwich and large fry should take 45 MINUTES. The Lady who was at the window seemed... to be high and it didn't look like anyone inside was working. They acted as though giving us some cold fries was such a burdento them. As someone who works in the service industry myself, it is outrageous that these employees are so incompetent and rude.Go eat anywhere BUT here. Read more
Please don?t waste your time stopping at this restaurant. They are using Covid as an excuse to keep their lobby closed because... they do not want to do their job. This is one of the slowest McDonald?s I have ever been through my life. Read more
Oh Mcdonalds?. When will this location ever learn???? Lobby and dining area was disgusting, every table dirty?. Soda area,... let?s just say if you like sticky black grunge all over the place then this is for you! Ordered thru the kiosk, selected that Iwas eating here with my (obviously) elderly grandmother, who of which was rather hungry, and I had to attempt to explain theorder kiosk?. Took a number, they called the number, my items were in a bag?. No tray, when I asked what the point was for thenumber tent. I was told rather rudely, ?so you can get your bag..?. Tell me how that even makes sense? We were eating here???Really ENJOYED the attitude, and the multiple stare downs from the other staff, one in particular as she walked to her personalcar, parked in the front handicapped spot?. At the end of the day, I have had a few other bad experiences?. You would think Iwould know better, today we were short on time? food was fine but overall a rather cruddy experience. Read more
This was HANDS DOWN the slowest fast food place I have EVER been to. The food was as expected. But I literally placed my order... at the kiosk at 1:58pm, I received my food at 2:33pm! And it was missing happy meal toys and all the sauce I requested. Idkthey seemed to be short staff, only 1 woman making burgers. But COMN manager, your job is to MANAGE! Well, that's a great way to take the fast out of fast food Waited more than 20m for the wrong order... oh, it was marked... correctly, but a plain chicken sandwich without even pickles is NOT a spicy chicken sandwich. Fries turned out to be a mediumhalf full box when we ordered a large... also everything was room temperature, so it was just sitting in the back while wewaited. Service was fast. Food was typical McDonald's faire. This location is conveniently located when traveling through. It was great... to be able to use the ordering kiosks. Really would have been 5 stars if not for the drink machines. Every type of drink wasbad. Every. One. They were either all carbonation or all syrup. Other than that, was a decent location. Read more
Very mediocre experience. Plenty of workers, and it was a busy time, but the one that waited on my forgot both of our drinks.... Wasn't rude, but wasn't welcoming. Working in the food business, I understand that it's as hard as it's ever been to find goodhelp. They had plenty of people, but seems like there was no leader. A bit chaotic.
