Stopped in for lunch after an amazing morning up at Savage Neck Dunes. I often feel like I know what to expect when stopping... into breweries like this. I love when I get surprised. The Rockfish tacos and IPA Beer Battered Onion Rings were great but Iwant to talk about the wings. PLEASE, whatever you do, order the wings with Mama Eve?s Sweet & Spicy Sauce. It would be a crimeto deny your tastebuds this pinnacle of culinary delight. Also, please lend your voices to mine in requesting that Mana Evebottle and sell this sauce. Oh yeah, she?s real. She came out of the back and we caught eyes while I was devouring one of herwings. She winked and I nodded with a sauce-covered smile and a big thumbs-up. The best wings I?ve had in Hampton RoadsPERIOD. As for OldsCowboyCruiser?s review below, pay him no mind. He should just stick to chicken nuggets since he obviouslyhas no taste. Wowww incredible just traveling and stopped by to check it out, the hospitality is incredible indoor and outdoor. Great... selection of food with a huge rockfish sandwich. It's worth checking out!! Pricey but you get great quality food and friendlystaff it's worth it!! Read more
I would go back, but I have been to better brewery style places. This place is not bad at all, but I have been to better places... like it. I could definitely sit outside have some beers and enjoy myself here. The wings are not that good. The menu calls thewings award winning - must have been low level of competition. The beers I had were very drinkable, but I am not beer expert -that being said I know when something taste bad - the beers did not taste bad. I had burger with nacho style cheese on it - thatburger was good. There was a bartender who was there on her off day - she was sitting near us - she was annoying. She was loud,wanted the whole place to know she worked there, but it was her off that day. Read more
Stopped in while headed to OBX from Delaware. CCBC had a really nice setup. There is plenty of seating both indoor and outdoors.... The staff is very friendly. There is a food menu. We had the wings with the special sweet, spicy sauce which were pretty good.The beer was decent. The IPAs were the best thing on the menu. It was a nice stop off spot. We will be back. Read more
