I'm reluctant to say how great this place was. I want to go back and don't want to have to wait forever to get in. One of the... most enjoyable meals I've had in quite some time. The service is friendly. The food is fresh. Quite a few house specialties;the risotto was excellent. The kitchen brigade is amazing. I had to visit Florida to find good Italian food. We came in for lunch and wanted to have pizza. It was so good. Crispy crust,... the sauce was so flavorful. When we were looking at the menu, we wanted to try everything. We were so impressed with the pizza,we came back for dinner that night. I had a dish that was one of the specials. It had clams, muscles, shrimp and crab on top offettuccine. My husband had Veal Sinatra. We really enjoyed the meal. Hopefully next time we're in Florida, we can come by. Me and my girls 1st time at Zarella's the service was outstanding. We were treated like family. The food was absolutely AMAZING... and sooooo delicious. EVERYTHING is homemade from scratch. The breadstick with their Alfredo ohhhh the Alfredo so good and themarinara too. Their meatball AMAZING!! LOVED the snapper francaise with rositto. This was a special treat for us as not a menuitem. Their wood fire grilled pizzas were the BOMB, nice light and crispy crust, the flavor was great. We had a Margherita andwhite pizza. Had to have some cannolis for dessert. Oh and the music was great, a few times even the customers were singing outloud including us. The energy and atmosphere was awesome. Very happy customers and staff. Our server Noel was on top of hergame. The owner Mike, GM Jennifer, the pizza tossers Billy and Michael and Chef Alex you guys ROCK!! We enjoyed everythingsingle thing especially the dough being tossed. We felt like it was a awesome anniversary dinner and it wasn't even ouranniversary. Really nice restaurant with a good feel. Our server was attentive, honest and really on it! He answered all our questions... regarding the menu, even showing us pictures of the specials so we would have a better idea of what they were. It's a scratchkitchen so everything is super fresh and never frozen! Highly recommend this restaurant; delicious and hot food you could seethe steam coming off it when they brought it to our table! The pizza was good. The dough really made the pizza. You can see the kitchen staff anywhere you sit in the restaurant and they... will not disappoint. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and really love to get the customers involved with the music and showingof their skills in preparing the pizza. Overall this is what made our experience. ???????? We had a really good experience at Zarrella's. The location was really easy to get to from our hotel, and the staff was very... friendly. We had a quick wait when we arrived (~5 minutes) and were seated in the bar area in the back. John read us thespecials for the day, and we chose to go with an appetizer of their bread sticks. They were great and reminded me of home madeOlive Garden bread sticks (but larger). I had the buffalo pizza which was excellent. There pizza is average ???? I had very high expectations from all the review I read about there Brick oven pizza, I ordered the... Margarita pizza unfortunately it was soggy and floppy and fell apart when I put it on my plate. I enjoy a good solid firm sliceof pizza with a bit of a crunch. I did like that that everything was made from scratch there were no microwaves no heatinglamps, The boneless wings were very good and the sauces were excellent. There chocolate cake dessert was fantastic with the twocannolis and a shot of milk it was my favorite part of the meal, the atmosphere and staff were very polite and friendly. I've been here several times, tonight for the first time for pizza. I've been pleased with everything I've ordered (try the... chicken Sinatra). Tonight we had a fairly diverse group, all coming in for pi day (Mar 14) and ordering various pizzas. Mine wasmany vegetables with grilled chicken (excellent - don't judge), others got the supreme or meat lovers. Everyone was happy andvery full when they left. Most important for Colorado's #BeauJo's fans - when I asked for honey to dip the crust bones in...THEY HAD SOME! If you've never had that particular version of post-pizza dessert, try it... though you likely have to try it athome with delivery because this is one of the first excellent pizzerias I've found outside of Beau Jo's that actually has honeyon the premises. Beyond the many other excellent items on their menu, the wide variety of beer and wine and the actual cocktailson the menu, visit Zarrella's because they provide the best of post-pizza desserts.
