Fire everybody(start with the girl with blue hair) and start over. Never any soups available and I don't know why it takes 10... minutes to position meatballs. If you don't like your job find a new one. I'd give 0 or half a star if I could. Read more

This was the subway on 2673. It was passed lunch time (1:30) and the store had a continual line. It never cleared & the end of... the line was at the front door. There was a crew of 3, they handled it great! And kept on handling it! And even prepared theonline orders at the same time they were filling orders for customers in the store. They did such a good job! I?m glad they allcame to work today (and I told them so). Read more

So like many of the other comments who are also rating 1 star be on the look out for a lady with seeing glasses, grey hair, a... rude attitude, and didn?t seem to be in the mood for any service. I walk through the door, a lady with grey hair and glasseslooked at me while becoming more rude and irritated by the second. I ask for a foot long, with 6 slices of ham. She stares at meand in a talking down type of tone says, ?What do you mean you want 6 slices of ham?? Then slightly more loud and rude says, ?Italready comes with 8!? I told her I understood this but only want 6 slices of ham. She sighs heavily, while saying ?Alright...whatever...? maybe some words in between, but by the time she tells me ?whatever? I already told myself I won?t have much of achoice to use this as customer Feedback. I avoid extended confrontation I finish my order (to go) and I leave just to sitoutside to where I won?t hear her serve anyone else with the same attitude. I try to eat my sandwich despite the lack ofappetite at this point. However as I bite into the sandwich I notice the bread was barely toasted so I go in and ask for myreceipt without telling her what I was about to do. I ask her to toast the food again, knowing that the response would be ?I?msorry, after you touch the food we can not put the food back in the oven.? This would be the response anywhere else, howeveranywhere else I would toasted the sandwich again once I got home. The response I got while traveling away from my home to visitmy eldest in the family on vacation from this location was rude, irritating, unprofessional, and I don?t hesitate to hand overmy receipt while still trying to calmly ask for a refund. She doesn?t say she can, but she says if she did she would need tothrow away the food. I told her that?s fine, I understood because it?s the food that I want to be refunded, while holding in mycomplete urge to say, ?I would actually prefer the service I received be refunded but I can?t do that sadly Read more

Always friendly staff!! Extremely accommodating and customer oriented! Im pretty sure most of the staff are milennials, but... they are DEFINITELY NOT your 'typical'! WTG CANYON LAKE!! I've never waited in line long at all and they are patient with allcustomers. Clean dining AND clean restrooms included :) DEF one of the best Subways! Read more
