Not a bad place, food is decent but every visit I've made so far, they haven't included everything I order.
Unfortunately this is the worst sonic I?ve ever been to and it happens to be where we live. Doesn?t matter if it?s busy or not,... it?ll usually take at LEAST 30-45 min to get your food. Another 10 for them to take your order. Food isn?t as good as the otherlocations, not sure how that happens? Also, They never seem to have their ice cream machine on around 9pm. Why would you notserve ice cream after dark at sonic on a Saturday night? Makes zero sense. Really wish they would make improvements since it?sin our hometown and we don?t have many options. It just makes us wish other restaurant chains would open up in CL. Sad :/ Read more
This location is just really hit or miss. Sometimes the service is just fine and orders are correct but other times it?s pretty... terrible. I keep trying to give people the benefit of the doubt but it?s bordering on ridiculous when they mess up on an orderof drinks during a slow period? $15 on 4 drinks and every single one was wrong. Also, the Sonic app seems to not work at thislocation ?? which isn?t a huge deal but something to note since you can?t take advantage of any app-only deals. Read more

For fast food they keep their quality up whiles simultaneously being busy almost the entire day. That's how you know they have... a great crew. Overall I'm actually surprised to give them a four star review, it's like they are firing on all cylinders andpushing past that slightly. It's fast food so you should expect the food to not be a five star restaurant. For what you getit's extremely worth it and I don't don't eat alot of fast food. FOUR STARS. Read more
Everything tasted great, but our carhop really struggled to take orders, collect payment, and bring out orders. We were on the... patio... some of us could pay at the screen, some of us had to give cards to the carhop, some ordered over the intercom, thecarhop came outside and took some orders on paper, she popped her head out the door to get other orders. There were only six ofus. Some orders came quickly. Others not so much (even drink-only orders). It was a weird experience. Read more
I come here daily since it's the only "fast" food joint around but Everytime I come here something goes wrong, I've ordered a... rt44 and get a medium, I've ordered a chicken slinger with no pickles, got it with pickles three times, failed order after orderand today, I ordered two crosonics and a cold brew, waited 23 mins after many people before got their drinks before me on top ofthat our sandwiches we're burnt and looked like someone sat on them anytime a new person in the area asks me if this sonic isgood I would definitely tell them about this experience, I've managed a sonic before so I get how it can get when it's busy, butthis looks to be lack of training and man power, the owner needs to address this.
