Absolutely the BEST coffee I?ve ever gotten from a coffee shop. The espresso is like nothing I?ve ever had. Lattes are velvety... and delicious. House made flavoring syrups in all the favorites, and some unique to GCC. Must try the hibiscus latte. My fave iswith hemp milk. Added bonus: the ingredients are all of the highest quality available, and the owner pays special attention tofinding as many locally sourced supplies/menu items (check out the small batch granola & the locally made yogurts) as possible.AND all the disposable paper/plastic products are of the compostable variety. Enjoyed their hot Latte. Coffee has a nice flavor. If you're not familiar with the area, you may drive by the driveway.

Have stopped here on two different occasions traveling through and enjoy picking up some coffee here. Their menu is unique, yet... simple. They have a cute little hang out spot to chill and enjoy your drink, too. Will likely stop by again if I?m drivingthrough. Let?s keep these little business alive! Read more
