The Girl went out of her way to fill are orders and had everything right it was for 30 people and everything was perfect she... wrote down whose was whose every one thought I did a Great job .but it was the wonderful Lady she made a bunch of people happy ???? The manager Cassandra at this location is very rude and does not care about the customers!! She said there was no more pastrami... at 5pm because it was still frozen. Didn?t offer apology or anything. She said it didn?t matter because they were ?Going toclose in a couple hours anyways? .. Do not waste your time coming to this location. I want so badly to give this place a good review! I go in frequently for the fact that when it's hot I don't like to cook and... how awesome does subway sound on a hot day? There's three workers here that are completely stellar and the rest I can't imaginehow they even still have a job. My mom manages a Subway, one of the top ones in the area, but who wants to visit their Mom atwork and it's not convenient. I know how things should be done and they just can't get it together. Customer service is a rollercoaster and you never know what you're going to get. They have zero clue how to make sandwiches nor how to listen. I always getextra meat on accident due to lack of training (I'm not complaining about that) I always get sauce I never ask for, and thequality of their products is always questionable. Most of the employees don't care and the ones that do, clearly don't getrespect from management and end up leaving or succumb to the day to day same old same old and no longer want to go above andbeyond. It's really sad to see and I'm a pretty easy going customer and it's taken me a year to write this because I try so hardto give people the benefit of the doubt but today, I've had it. Read more
Clean place, friendly. I didn't know my husband recieved more change back than needed, I told him to give back ,but we had left... already! Yikes, hopefully the loss is not much. So sorry. As visitors, I will come back personally next week to return the $6.God Bless your business. Read more
Went to this subway location because of a bad experience at a near by location, called the manager and told him about my bad... experience and they so happened to own this location as well. She explained that she was sorry for the rude staff and offered usa %10 discount which she said she called in. She never called and we didn't mention it because the %10 doesn't matter to us, thequality of customer service does, and neither of these location is worth the time and money of the fine patrons of SantaClarita. Save your money and don't support rude people that cant even stick by there word. No integrity at all!! Read more
Usually very slow and short lines. Tends to be missing ingredients. One visit they were out of lettuce and tomatoes! Sometimes... missing cilantro. Always tastes good and is a very clean store. Customer service is good but not great. We visit often just dueto it's proximity. Read more
Been to this subway several times, always consistent with their customer service and quality of food. Only complaint is that... generally they are pretty heavy with the sauces which turns the bread to mush in minutes; just make sure you ask for a smallamount. Read more
Food was good and made quickly. Giving 2 stars because they accept coupons but on their own terms. They do not follow the terms... and conditions on the bottom. They will not accept coupons on any of the new menu only the old. Good way to nickel and dimecustomers. If your going in with coupons expect you may not leave with what you want. Store is very small but has a coupleoutside tables for dining in. Read more
