Only place I get subs now!! Love them! Hot subs, awesome!! Cold subs, awesome!!! I think all of the shops in Santa Clarita... and Valencia are owned by the same people and that is a good thing. The people that work here are amazing. I am a disabled person, and one night come from a client's house my blood sugar dropped... so low I thought I was going to pass out . I pulled over and went into the store hoping to get something to eat for when Iarrive home. Alas as I was ordering I was drifting in thought, and from what I was told by the young employee s I had beenstanding there for sometime while they called me, yet I heard no voices. They were closing but insisted that I sit down, theygave me cookie to nibble on and some fresh juice, to raise my levels. Omg???????????... I was embarrassed, but so over whelmedwith love for these young teenagers compassion and support that I just relaxed til I came too normal functions. They watchedover me while they cleaned up, and kept asking me if things were going okay. I say who ever was in the position to hire thesethree, two girls and boy- They made a excellent pick. Although I don't eat sandwiches anymore I can say that this place serves great sandwiches. the restaurant is very clean there's... plenty of places to sit and the staff is always happy to see me. We eat here (ridiculously) often and the staff have never failed to put us in a better mood. Courteous, quick, polite, and... always wearing a smile. We're always impressed -but today they raised the bar. We placed a phone order late morning, picked itup. When we got around to eating it, however, we discovered the sandwich, while tasty (of course) was not the sandwich weordered. The issue was rectified to the satisfaction of all parties, literally within 5 minutes. We didn't even keep ourreceipt, and still there was no hassle.100% awesome customer service!! Read more
