I appreciated the two homies working on shift today. They had a long drive-thru order that was taking a while to prep and some... cranky customers who were being impatient, but they still offered friendly service. I appreciate their kindness when it cametime for them to take my order. They were also listening to Mac Miller while making my sandwich, which probably helped them feelcalm???? I?ll def be back! Paid for extra meat, definitely didn't get any. Also ordered bacon on a sandwich then was told AFTER they made the sandwich and... charged me that they were out of bacon. The regular sandwiches barely had any meat and literally couldn't find the cheese thatwas ordered. The food was pretty unsatisfactory and gross. Definitely will make my own sandwiches instead of wasting money hereagain. Read more

My sister and I went to subway tonight and she ordered the bacon club on white bread. 1 they didn?t have white bread(not their... fault it?s understandable) and 2. They liters only put bacon and mayonnaise on this sandwich when she ordered tomatoes andlettuce and a few others. We went through the drive through so maybe that was a computer error but not very happy. Read more

I ordered online through the app. The app said it would be ready at 4:10 pm. I got to the restaurant at 4:30 pm on the way to... work to pick up the sandwich, and they had not even started making the sandwich. I had to be at work in 5 minutes so I said toforget it I had to go. When I said it doesn't do any good to use the app if they were not going to address the order. Theywere not busy at all. As I left, one of the employees made a rude gesture of a baby crying.(Wahhh). There was no need for therudeness when they are not doing their job. I do not plan to go back. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I will be callingthe customer service number and complain about that store. Read more

Okay place and usually nice staff but the mamanger seemed to lose patience with the person he was training a couple times. I... didn?t mind waiting, there?s no rush. Also whenever I Order a pepperoni sub they usually only put one line of pepperoni insteadof two like the other ones. Rest of the time the staff is really nice. I had a bad experience when I asked for more pepperoniand the cashier got incredibly rude and snapped at me and berated me despite me being polite. (I was going to pay for extra meatif I had to I don?t know why he assumed I wouldn?t). Because of this encounter and how terrible they put sandwiches together Igo out of my way to avoid this location now. Again all of the other staff is usually incredibly nice. Not a pleasant visit. I eat an extraordinary amount of Subway and this experience was well below average. Barely any shredded... cheese and when I kindly asked for a little more, I was given the smallest extra pinch, and it was promptly thrown into thetoaster. Not an adequate amount of cheese whatsoever. Then, the guy working there was very rude to me and my friend, butcustomers both ahead of me, and behind me. Even two children. I was very turned off by the situation and I could tell people inline were too. It was a fairly busy lunch rush, but no excuse for poor customer service to those in line. Unfortunate. Read more
