I went here on two mornings back to back. The first morning they were missing strawberry purée and my drink tasted off even... though I usually alternate between adding strawberry purée or not. The second morning was better. Service was good both days but the guy in the second morning was extra pleasant. Placing my order took more than 20 minutes on both days, even exceeding 30minutes on the second day. Read more
Staff was extremely rude to me in front of my 10 year old daughter I ordered a Venti mocha for my gf and 3 of the smallest size... caramel frapps for me and my kids and the lady got an attitude and said "oh wow" then yelled to the other employees rudely abouthow they had to make 3 caramel frapps, god forbid that I spend my hard earned money and give them my business right. So Iapologized to her for inconveniencing her and went over to the Chic Fil A manager and told them about it so hopefully theyactually do something about this inappropriate behavior Thanks for letting my daughter down to she was excited to tell theperson her name and get it written on the cup, and she didnt write any names except for my gfs since that was before we "ruinedher day" Read more

I usually like them and think it's pretty good but right now they're out of almost everything. They don't have lemonade or mocha... and I think they're out of their simple syrup. They can't except gift card or do trenti cold cups. I can't even get a chai tealatte without having to substitute a bunch of stuff that then makes the latte taste off. Read more

Says they?re open until five but got her ten minutes after four and the lights were out and they say ?oh, so sorry.?
