After waiting 30 minutes I received cold food and the wrong drink. I tried to call the number online to chat with a manager, the... phone was ?busy? for the entire 45 minutes I tried calling back. I?m assuming they pull the phone off of the hook to avoid theamount of complaints I assume they receive. I am not convinced a single adult works at this location. This was more than just anoff night. This happens just about every time I come to this sonic. From now on I am just going to drive to the new sonic on2219. I recommend you do the same for your sanity. Read more
Received my order from DOORDASH & I can't even eat it. The Chicken is BURNT. The Tots are too HARD. The only things edible in my... Chicken Box is Toast & Gravy. Sorry but I DON'T thinks right that I paid the amount that I paid to ONLY be able to eat the Toast& Gravy. Tried calling the store itself but gave up after 20 rings & no answer. I ordered a shake and nothing else. 15 minutes later she finally brings it out. It was melted! It was so melted the whipped... cream was almost gone and the cherry was sinking fast. I asked if she could please bring me one that wasn't melted. Literally 30seconds after she walks inside with it, another girl comes out and hand me the exact same shake. The only difference was theyhad put fresh whipped cream on it. After another 5 minutes the manager comes out with a decent shake. She apologized for the"inconvenience" and handed me a coupon for a free cherry lime. Wow. ???? Not impressed. I will not be visiting the Sonic inCanyon anytime soon. Read more
I ordered on the app. Got there and waited quite a while. Ok, I had ordered food. I ordered two ranch dressings to go with my... mozzarella sticks, along with the marinara that comes with them. No ranch or marinara was given to me. I asked the carhop.They're out of ranch. Ok, so what about marinara? Then I took a drink of my Diet Coke with lime. It tasted like carbonated tea,with a lime. Got someone to come out and he says, "oh, we're out of Diet Coke" but the lady told me that it was diet coke withlime? I ordered an iced tea, instead. He asked if I wanted lime with it???????????????????????? I cannot make this stuffup!!!!!! My fish sandwich was great. But I will not be back to this location. Thankfully, I don't live in Canyon. ok I?m usually not one to complain but this sonic was so disappointing. I live in Amarillo but thought I would stop by this... location in between classes. I was second in line in the drive thru and the wait between ordering and getting my food was atleast 15 minutes. When I finally got to the window, I was not helped for another 5 minutes. Cashier was friendly enough but Ididn?t get a straw for my drink and They gave me maple syrup With my mozzarella sticks even though I specifically asked formarinara?? Waited in line behind two cars ( they had 6 total customers) for 31 minutes. Ordered a cheeseburger with mustard and veggies. I... recieved a hamburger with mustard no veggies at all! Its always sooo slow here!! Went last week and waited 45 minutes at 3 inthe afternoon. Read more
Where's the beef? Meat tasted fake. It also tasted sweet. Real meat is not sweet. Ice cream tasted fake too! Really gone down... hill! Disappointed in the quality. Go back to real food please! Read more
