We waited 30 minutes to have our order remade a second time which they still messed up. They argued with us about what we wanted... on our burger. not worth $18!! And the manager sniffed our drink to make sure it was Dr Pepper, which was disgusting, rightafter telling us they hired new people and they were training them tonight. I hope they don?t train them like her!! Read more

Every time I come to this Burger King there is always an issue with workers not wanting to do their jobs. I wanted to get a... burger for breakfast and the woman at the window told me they deny burger orders because she doesn?t want to get hot in thebuilding first thing in the morning. She was also cussing and yelling in the background. This Burger King employees are justlazy and rude. Read more

Why is this Burger King so bad? Obviously bad owners and terrible management. Air conditioner in the building doesn't work.... Building was filled with smoke so I assume the venthood in the kitchen isn't working. It took over 30 min to get our food and wewere the only people in the place. Poor customer service. All around bad experience. Read more

Multiple times when during open business hours have I placed mobile orders just to find out they "don't have food" or "closed at... 10"... and then still get charged anyways. Over $50 of food. Read more

9/30/22 Wish I could give no stars for today's issue. Made a DoorDash order after Opening Time but apparently the things I here... about this location is so true. Couldn't get my order because the crew apparently decided that they didn't have to worktoday. Honestly most times I don't have many issues w/ this location but there are times when I'm Highly Disappointed w/ theway this place is ran. I've been working in the food industry for almost 40 years & I've never worked for a place that is badlyManaged Previous review Apparently people don't like working. Ordered a delivery after 7 A.M. but was told TWICE the storewasn't opened. Had to go through the headache of cancelling my order TWICE. I didn't have this problem until today. Pulled up to get breakfast and the employees were sitting in a car doing who knows what. I pull up to order and she informs me... they are out of eggs and it would be 20 minutes. Not sure how you run out of eggs at breakfast time and not many people go tothis Burger King. Read more

Literally spent 25 minutes in the DRIVE through with no cars ahead of us to get the order, nobody even came to tell us what was... going on. asked for unsweet tea, the guy giving us our drinks even said unsweet tea, it was sweet. He didn't even get us strawsfor the drinks. Normally I get pretty meh experiences coming here, but this was literally the worst fast food experience of alltime. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for my food I would go sit down at a restaurant. They didn't even acknowledge anything offabout this. Read more

I usually go for breakfast, however, last week I had to pull away due to no one showing up to work, I was told by some lady... there. Said she just had barely closed the store as a result. It was about 7:30 a.m. Then yesterday morning I had to pull awayagain due to the only employee showing up, who had just arrived there to work to open the store. Seemed there was also a vendorwaiting . It was about 8 a.m. Mind you this store opens at 6 a.m. according to the sign. The croissant breakfast sandwichesare good. No complaints there. Just wish they were open to purchase it. Read more
