Thursday 7/28. Walked in wasn?t acknowledged for 15 minutes. Blond girl with blue eyes and ponytail was incredibly rude. Rolled... her eyes and told me the pretzel couldn?t be lightly toasted. Waited 15 mins for my pretzel to be cooked after paying and when Iwent back in, they didn?t even start. 30 minutes after intially ordering I get a burnt pretzel. As a service worker myself I tryto be very polite and her attitude was ridiculous. Bad service and 30 mins for a burnt pretzel, not great?. not happy. Read more
