This is not a very good Wendy's. They did not warn any of the customers of not having tomatoes and some people were quite upset... and on top of everything, We got 5 dollar biggie bags and the bacon was burnt as could be. We asked for sour cream and butterand it was honestly just thrown, Quite literally thrown into the bags. They didn't even get the order correct. Read more
I pull up to drive thru at 6pm 9/22/22 , and tell me they are serving anyone because they don?t have people ? Why are y?all even... open then. And then when I leave there?s employees outside just doing nothing ? This is the worst wendys out of pensacola .Trash lazy people that work there, for the pple who probably care about their job it?s sad. Drive through line was long- normal for Wendy's. I was told they were out of every dipping sauce for my nuggets except... ketchup... also they were out of sliced cheese... staff was nice... didn't give me a receipt which is super weird. Ordered a new hot honey sandwich with a classic chicken breast. There's no hot honey....it looks dry af. I tried calling 3 times... to see about going back tomorrow for a.replacement sandwich but nobody is answering the phone.... Between almost always beingout of baked potatoes and now this, I'm done. I never take my cards with me anywhere anymore, and Wendy?s has yet to join the times and upgrade their machines to be... electronic payment (apple or google pay) compatible. It?s unfortunate. Guess I?ll drive down to McDonald?s or Burger Kinginstead. Read more
